How PodForge Works
PodForge is a fully automated podcast network. AI reads the news, writes conversational scripts, and produces studio-quality audio episodes — three times a week, across five niche channels.
The Pipeline
RSS Ingestion
Curated RSS feeds are polled every 30 minutes. Articles are fetched, cleaned, and matched to the right podcast channel using keyword relevance.
Script Generation
Anthropic Claude reads the source articles and writes a natural two-host conversational script — complete with banter, explanations, and takeaways.
Audio Rendering
ElevenLabs text-to-speech voices bring each host to life. The audio segments are stitched together with intros, transitions, and sponsor midrolls via FFmpeg.
Publishing
Finished episodes are published to the web and an RSS feed compatible with Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and every major podcast app.
